Youth Empowerment

The foundation is dedicated to preparing youth for the future by developing skills, providing training, and supporting business startups. Our Youth Empowerment Program encompasses three main areas of intervention:

Skills Development:

Focuses on building capacity to meet modern skill demands through ICT development, career guidance, online work, self-employment opportunities, and mentorship.
Links youth to relevant career training opportunities and supports their access to these opportunities.
Organized one career fair annually.
Talent Development:

Identifies young talents and provides guidance and linkages to appropriate career pathways.
Facilitates sporting activities and events to keep youth engaged and away from anti-social behaviors (early pregnancies, drug and alcohol abuse) through life-skills training.
Supports early identification of sports talents among youth.
Skills Upgrade:

Provides youth with entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills.
Offers mentorship and connections to training institutions.
Key Achievements in the Last Five Years:

Over 500 youth benefitted from career guidance and life skills training.
Organized annual career fairs, benefiting over 500 youth.
Facilitated over 5 sports tournaments for young people.
Supported over 5 youth with entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills.
Linked over 5 youth to training institutions through our mentorship programs.
